Our stays typically range from one night up to 1 week, to a few weeks, to six, nine, or twelve months.

Yes, we do! No matter the length of stay, we require identity verification and screening before each reservation.

Of course! After each stay we have a professional cleaning team that will inspect and clean each unit. We also offer additional cleaning upon request, so if you would like our cleaning team to come during your stay; that option is available for an extra fee. If a guest stays for an extended period, we clean the unit weekly upon request.

We have local maintenance teams that respond as quickly as possible based upon the severity of the issue at hand. Their first priority is to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests.

We currently market our units on other third-party sites such as Furnished Finders, Homes.mil, Crashpads, Corporate Housing.com, etc. We plan to also advertise units here on our direct booking website in the very near future.

We regularly inspect and treat each unit as if it were our own. We have professional cleaning and maintenance teams on call to handle situations quickly. We place security devices such as outdoor cameras, digital door locks, and noise monitors to ensure your home is kept in its best condition and our guests are safe and comfortable. All payments are received in a timely manner. We take care of all communications and minor issues so that you don’t have to!
